How to Use

1. Open windows or doors to provide adequate ventilation before beginning.
2. Place a fireproof bowl or suitable smudging vessel beneath the bundle to catch falling embers and ash.
3. Light one end of the White Sage bundle.
4. Allow it to catch for several seconds before gently blowing out the flame.
5. The sage should begin to smoulder and release aromatic smoke.
6. Use according to your personal cleansing, meditation or spiritual practice.
7. When finished, carefully extinguish the bundle completely in a fireproof container. Check that no glowing embers remain before leaving the area.
